In association with authorized training partners for the National Skill Development Corporation, we are assisting youth to transform themselves into more useful resources. With the age of technology where big industries are gradually transforming themselves from human resource intensive to technology dependent. Where only 10% of the entire working population are working in organised sector, then ensuring conventional employment or job opportunity is impossible for such a big population. India being the oldest civilisation with the youngest population in the world. Only way to take the opportunity of such a huge youth population to propel the nation into the next level of development and be resilient is to create the right skill development. Instead of employment we must focus on employability. That is the very purpose of Project Prayash. We are offering training in service industries and creating a skilled pool of resources in the field of basic hospitality, front desk and Housekeeping and pest control services.
As much as learning is an ongoing process, skill development follows the same trend. Each product seeks a competitive edge and future employability largely depends on how perfect one’s skills are.
Skills are competencies expected to produce positive, beneficial results for an organisation. With India’s rapid economic growth in recent years, driven by the new-age technologies, the need for skills development across industries has become crucial.
NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) has contributed significantly to the overall achievement of the Skill India mission. To proactively catalyse the economic growth of our nation, we believe that quality vocational training and support systems for skill development demand attention.
